Joint Action for the Promotion of Italian Higher Education Abroad

The Farnesina today is hosting the Joint Action for the Promotion of Italian Higher Education Abroad, organised by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation (MAECI) in conjunction with the Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR).

The Conference was opened by the Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mario Giro. The introductory session of the Joint Action Conference included contributions by the President of the Senate Foreign Affairs Committee, Pierferdinando Casini, the Undersecretary of State for Education, University and Research, Vito di Filippo and the Deputy Minister of the Interior, Filippo Bubbico. The Conference agenda also envisages the presentation of the Strategic Plan for the promotion of the national higher education system made by the MAECI’S Director General for Economic and Cultural Promotion and Innovation, Vincenzo De Luca, and by the Head of the MIUR’s Departmestati generali 1nt of Higher Education and Research, Marco Mancini.
