From 1 February 2021 until 14 March 2021 it is possible to submit the application to participate to “Youth4Climate: Driving Ambition”.
The meeting, reserved to young people from all over the world held in Milan from 28 to 30 September 2021, will precede the COP26 Conference of Parties in Glasgow scheduled between 1 and 12 November 2021 and dedicated to the actions to be taken worldwide to tackle climate change.
For each of the 197 countries, which are part of the UNFCCC, two participants will be selected.
The presence of about 400 young people is therefore expected, in compliance with equal representation of gender, geographical balance and social inclusion.
The first two days of Youth4Climate: Driving Ambition will be dedicated to theme-based working groups, while the third day will see a direct interaction between the young delegates and the ministers participating in the preparatory conference to be held in the following two days, also in Milan.
The application forms are to be submitted before or by 14 March 2021 by young people from 15 to 29 years old.
