1. To submit your pension application to the INPS (National Social Security Institute) you need to contact the INAS-CISL Italian Cultural Centre, 80 Franklin Street, Forrest ACT 2603, employee Mr Nicola Patini tel. (02) 62394099, open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday from 9:00 to 13:00 or you can do it directly through the online services at www.inps.it. The Embassy is not authorised to provide this service.
2. If you have not received the amount of the pension you normally receive abroad, you should contact the relevant INPS office in Italy directly or contact the Patronato.
3. If you have received the envelope with the form for verification of living status at your address, you should go in person to the Patronato or Embassy for verification of living status, with the envelope and a valid identity document;
