From Monday 22 to Friday 26 November 2021, the Embassy of Italy will host the sixth edition of the “Week of the Extraordinary Italian Taste”, an initiative of Italy’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation aimed at celebrating and promoting the tradition and culture of Italian cuisine. This year’s theme is “Tradition and perspectives of Italian cuisine: awareness and enhancement of food sustainability”.
The initiatives include the production of videos in collaboration with IIC:

All the events in Canberra will be held in full respect of the restrictions due to the pandemic.
