From 18 to 24 November 2024 will take place the ninth edition of the ‘Week of Italian Cuisine in the World’, the annual review of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation dedicated to the Italian culinary tradition.
This year’s theme will be ‘Mediterranean Diet and Roots Cuisine: Health and Tradition’.
Among the scheduled initiatives are:
