The Leggiamoci 2025 Award is a literary competition aimed at young people between the ages of 13 and 19, to stimulate creativity and highlight various talents. Participants can compete with textual stories or stories for images, with a free theme.
The textual stories must be original and written in Italian, with a length between 5,400 and 10,800 characters. They must be uploaded on the Leggiamoci.it platform through one’s personal account as indicated in the regulations, not sent by email. Image stories, written in any technique (comic strip, illustration, silent story, etc.), must be sent by email to the address also indicated in the rules, with the required format and resolution specifications.
The deadline for submissions is set for 23 May 2025 at 12pm. The winners will be awarded during the Premio Strega Giovani ceremony, scheduled for early June 2025. The prizes include a substantial cash sum of € 1,500 for the first place winner, handmade pens and participation in an exclusive festival for the top three winners.

The award is organised by, among others, the Maria and Goffredo Bellonci Foundation, the Centre for Books and Reading of the Ministry of Culture in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
