Opening of the exhibition ‘Vico Magistretti – Architecture & Design’ available until October 18

The “Vico Magistretti – Architecture & Design” exhibition kicked off in style on Friday, 13 September at the Italian Cultural Institute in Sydney.
Architect Luigi Roselli gave a heartfelt tribute to Magistretti in his introductory speech, making the evening even more memorable.
The exhibition celebrates Magistretti’s 60-year career, focusing on his contributions to architecture and industrial design. It features some of the most iconic objects of Italian design, generously lent by Artemide (Inlite Australia), De Padova (Boffi Studio Sydney), Cassina (Mobilia) and Oluce (Euroluce).
These pieces complement the exhibition’s detailed documentation, curated by Fondazione studio museo Vico Magistretti in collaboration with Maria Vittoria Capitanucci, and organized by the Italian Cultural Institute in Sydney and the Embassy of Italy in Australia .
A huge success with a packed crowd of design lovers!
